Types of Dip ‘N Dive:
Springboard Diving: Dives are made from two height levels, 1 meter and 3 meter.
Platform Diving: Dives have several height levels from five to ten meters.
High Diving: Athletes dive into the water from considerably large heights.
Freediving: Underwater diving that completely relies on the diver’s capability to hold its breath.
Scuba Diving: A water sport that involves breathing air from a tank while underwater.
Synchronized Diving: A diving sport in which two divers perform the exact same dive simultaneously.

Scuba diving is a water sport that involves breathing air from a tank while underwater. Scuba is an acronym for Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus. Most scuba divers are recreational divers who explore underwater environments such as lakes, rivers, quarries, kelp forests, and coral reefs.
Competitive Diving:
In competitive diving, athletes are required to perform certain dives, as well as several of their own choice. Dives are judged based on three aspects: take-off, flight, and entry, and points are awarded. The diver with the highest total score for all dives at the end of the contest is the winner.
