GABA – Sentia Spirits?
GABA (or gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a compound found in nearly all life on earth. Whilst GABA has many roles in the human body, in the brain it functions as a neurotransmitter. GABA modulates brain and central nervous system activity, causing feelings of relaxation and calmness, opening the door to a sense of ease in social situations.

SENTIA Spirits are designed to increase the effectiveness of the calming effects GABA provides. GABA Spirits do not raise your GABA levels, nor do they contain GABA itself as an active ingredient. We do not use GABA as an active ingredient because ingested GABA cannot pass from your bloodstream through what is known as the blood brain barrier (BBB), and then on into your brain.
